Information you choose to send
If you email hello@flstudiopro.com, we receive the email address, name and message content you choose to provide. We use that information to answer your message, investigate a correction or assess a topic suggestion. Please do not send passwords, licence keys, payment details or private project files.
Hosting and technical data
The site is hosted on Ghost(Pro). As with most hosted websites, the service and its infrastructure may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, browser and device type, operating system, timestamps and requested pages. Ghost describes its hosting and data practices in the Ghost Foundation Privacy Policy.
Analytics
We use Ghost's native first-party web analytics to understand page views, broad traffic sources and which guides readers find useful. According to Ghost's native analytics documentation, this measurement is cookie-free and does not use persistent browser storage to identify visitors across sessions, browsers or devices. For Ghost(Pro) publications, analytics data is stored in EU regions.
If Ghost membership features are enabled in the future, a logged-in member's ID and membership status may be associated with page views as described by Ghost. FL Studio Pro does not sell visitor data.
External services and links
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and the site-search interface from the jsDelivr content-delivery network. Those providers may receive ordinary technical request data such as an IP address and browser headers when their files load. Articles also link to Image-Line and other external sources. Their privacy practices apply after you follow an external link.
Retention and your choices
We keep correspondence only as long as it is reasonably useful for answering the message, maintaining a correction record or meeting a legal obligation. You may ask us to delete or correct personal information contained in your direct correspondence, subject to legal and operational requirements.
